It’ll come as no surprise to those who know me that I am a big fan of all things Dynasty! So when the first crossover arrived I was really pissed off, it was extremely frustrating and lacking a hook to draw me into the Gundam world.
Luckily this new one is a whole heap better, and some of the shit the characters say really cracks me up (eg – “I think I’ll put on a mustache today… There, that’s better”).

I can’t really say a lot about this game other than it is awesome, the best music game I’ve ever played.

Mutated mushrooms, gargantuan cactii and sentient vines all feature in this interesting little platformer on the Wii.

Also came across this interesting little trailer for a film by Neil Blomkamp, the chap responsible for some pretty awesome Halo 3 marketing material. District 9 appears to be a scifi story that reflects a very human problem. With a big name producer to boot (Peter Jackson), this could be one to keep your eyes open for…

Okay, so I’m catching up on things now! March was a bit of a crazy month as far as CGUK was concerned, the show as I had come to know it is now over and there are several new, smaller projects which I wish everyone luck with. The community is still strong and as always, we played some Halo 3!
World leaders got together in Europe to discuss how they’re going to save the world from the financial hole we’re in, possibly by digging upwards. The Watchmen rocked our cinema screens and Peggle finally made it to the...

Thanks to Heroes and Fringe, my weekly schedule is more packed than ever. I was able to squeeze in a few games of Halo with the CGUK community though and we finally saw the rise of GraniteBeards son from being a lowly Xbox Live guest account user to...
